As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to patients. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to every stage of the patient journey—from assessment to recovery and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
- Support comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and healthcare professionals
- Promote patient dignity, comfort, and wellbeing at all times
- Assist with early discharge planning and continuity of care

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a nurse who is:
- A Registered Nurse (NMC) with a valid PIN
- Passionate about care of the elderly
- Compassionate, respectful, and patient-focused
- A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Motivated to continuously develop clinical knowledge and skills
