Who We Are
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is the first NHS organisation on the English mainland to integrate community services, mental health care, and acute hospital services into one cohesive system. Formed on 1 April 2020 through the merger of Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, the organisation represents a powerful collaboration of expertise, compassion, and innovation.
