Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse
Deliver Exceptional Care
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Monitor resident health and respond proactively to changes
Lead and Support Your Team

- Collaborate with Clinical Services Managers and Care Home leadership

Skills and Qualifications
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others.
Essential Requirements
- Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) in New Zealand
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and clinical decision-making ability

Work Schedule and Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time (32+ hours per week)
- Shifts: AM, PM, nights, weekends (rotational roster)
