Your Role as a Vet Nurse

Deliver High-Quality Patient Care

  • Assist in clinical procedures and treatments
  • Support veterinarians in diagnostics and surgery
  • Provide compassionate care to animals and reassurance to owners

Work Across a Diverse Caseload

  • Primarily small animals (cats and dogs)
  • Exposure to livestock and lifestyle animals (sheep, cows, chickens)
  • Occasional exotic cases for added variety

Be Part of a Collaborative Team

  • Rotate between main hospital and Wellsford branch
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotations (1 in 5)
  • Work alongside a passionate, experienced team

Work Schedule and Flexibility

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Shifts: Rotational, including weekend on-call
  • Location: Warkworth & Wellsford, North Auckland

Skills and Experience
