Your Role as a Vet Nurse
Deliver High-Quality Patient Care
- Assist in clinical procedures and treatments
- Support veterinarians in diagnostics and surgery
- Provide compassionate care to animals and reassurance to owners
Work Across a Diverse Caseload
- Primarily small animals (cats and dogs)
- Exposure to livestock and lifestyle animals (sheep, cows, chickens)
- Occasional exotic cases for added variety
Be Part of a Collaborative Team
- Rotate between main hospital and Wellsford branch
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations (1 in 5)
- Work alongside a passionate, experienced team
Work Schedule and Flexibility
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Rotational, including weekend on-call
- Location: Warkworth & Wellsford, North Auckland
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for a dedicated Vet Nurse who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
