About the Role – Senior Registered Nurse (Casual)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced urgent care clinic, delivering high-quality care to patients who need immediate medical attention.

You will play a key role in triage, patient assessment, and clinical support, ensuring efficient care delivery while maintaining excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Triage

• Provide high-quality nursing care in an urgent care setting
• Perform patient triage and clinical assessments
• Assist with treatment and procedures alongside medical staff

Patient Experience & Support

• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Support smooth patient flow within the clinic

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced nurse who thrives in a busy clinical setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted)
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid Working with Children Check

Highly Desirable

• Experience in triage and urgent care settings

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Casual role (approx. 20 hours per week)
• Minimum 2 days per week availability
• Preferred availability on Mondays and Fridays
• Opportunity to work 3–4 days per week
