Clinical Documentation and Governance

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting in line with AHPRA standards, professional guidelines, and QuestCare policies to ensure safe and effective service delivery.

About You

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse who is confident working in community settings and committed to delivering high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is well-organised, clinically skilled, and passionate about improving patient outcomes while supporting individuals to live independently within their communities.

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (valid and unrestricted)
  • Demonstrated experience in community nursing, particularly in wound care and continence management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly educate clients, families, and support staff
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical oversight
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Canberra region
