About The Role
As a Registered Nurse in aged care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care while leading with compassion and professionalism.
You will take ownership of resident wellbeing, managing care plans and clinical outcomes while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Clinical Focus Areas:
- Dementia care
- Falls prevention and management
- Wound care
- Continence management
- Palliative and end-of-life care
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Promote healthy ageing, independence, and choice
- Conduct assessments and develop personalised care plans
- Facilitate case conferences with residents and families
- Manage and administer medications safely
- Monitor clinical indicators and provide improvement recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support admissions, discharges, and resident transitions
- Deliver care aligned with each resident’s goals and preferences

About You
You’re more than a qualified nurse—you’re someone who genuinely cares.
You bring empathy, resilience, and professionalism to every interaction, with a strong commitment to improving the lives of older people.
Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in residential aged care nursing
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, care planning, and medication management
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Police check clearance
- Up-to-date vaccinations as required
Desirable:
- Experience in dementia care, palliative care, or behaviour management
- Training and competency assessment experience
- Current driver’s licence
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
