About the Role

This position is based on the Sunshine Coast, where you will deliver professional nursing care directly in clients’ homes. As part of a supportive care team, you will provide clinical support, health monitoring, and personalised care to individuals receiving community-based services.

The role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients while delivering high-quality care in a community setting.

Essential Skills and Requirements

To be considered for this home care nursing position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
  • Access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office
