About the Role
Your Impact as a Registered Nurse
As a night shift Registered Nurse, you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality clinical care in a resident-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including clinical and end-of-life support
- Develop and implement long-term care plans and assessments
- Lead shifts and make confident clinical decisions
- Monitor and evaluate resident progress in collaboration with families
- Support and guide caregivers during night shifts
- Build trusted relationships with residents and their whānau
Work Schedule
- Sunday to Wednesday (Night Shifts)
- 64–80 hours per fortnight (part-time permanent role)
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a compassionate and resilient Registered Nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
Essential Requirements
- Current New Zealand Registered Nurse practising certificate
- Experience in aged care or similar healthcare settings
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for supporting older adults
