About the Role

As a Registered Nurse – Clinical Services, you will provide specialised nursing care to clients in their homes across the East Perth metropolitan region. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting individuals to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and contribute to improved health outcomes for clients living in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality community nursing care to clients across various age groups
  • Provide acute and complex wound care management
  • Perform catheter care and clinical monitoring
  • Support individuals with chronic disease management
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical knowledge, compassionate care, and the ability to work independently within community settings.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong experience in wound care and catheter management
  • Advanced clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience in general nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration with no notations
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current full Australian driver’s licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Compassionate approach and strong commitment to patient care
