About the Role
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (Part-Time) to join our supportive clinical team at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village.
Shift Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Coverpool)
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Coverpool)
Salary & Benefits
- $39.00 – $51.00 per hour
- 40% weekend loading
- $10 per hour nightshift allowance
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the continuum of care offered at Ryman villages, from independent living support to advanced aged care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents
- Assess residents and develop personalized care plans
- Administer treatments and provide ongoing clinical support
- Use our purpose-built digital platform, Ryman Care, to streamline care delivery
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators to ensure the highest care standards
