About the Role

As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you will be part of an innovative multidisciplinary team focused on delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care within Ward 5.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in an acute hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards
  • Support a culture of safety, dignity, and respect in patient care

Salary & Working Hours

  • Salary is based on full-time hours (37 hours per week)
  • Part-time roles are available, with salary offered on a pro-rata basis

Eligibility & Compliance

  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK, as verified by UK Visas and Immigration
  • This role may require membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme depending on classification
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted in line with NHS Scotland policies

For some roles, Skilled Worker or Health & Care Worker visa sponsorship may be possible, subject to eligibility and current salary thresholds.
