About the Role
We are expanding our Homecare Clinical Team and seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time position (18 hours per week, rostered Monday–Sunday).
What You’ll Do
As a community nurse, you’ll work autonomously while staying connected to a supportive clinical network. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-home patient assessments and developing tailored care plans
- Delivering hands-on care and case management
- Providing patient education to support long-term wellbeing
- Monitoring progress and reviewing care goals regularly
- Training and supporting Community Support Workers
- Managing clinical risks, including incident reporting and escalation
- Collaborating with GP practices and healthcare providers
- Supporting best practices in wound care, medication management, and rehabilitation services

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse who combines clinical expertise with empathy and strong communication skills.
Essential Requirements
- Current NZNC registration and valid practising certificate
- Proven experience in nursing (community nursing experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking skills
- Full New Zealand driver’s license
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
