About the Role

As a Nurse (Admin/Ambulatory), you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care within a primary care setting. Working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide clinical expertise, coordinate care, and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical triage and coordinate care across healthcare teams
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Administer medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous, intramuscular)
• Educate patients and staff on treatment plans and clinical practices
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and Joint Commission guidelines
• Support clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications

Required:

• Degree in Nursing (ADN, BSN, or higher) from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience in ambulatory or clinical care
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient care skills

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to meet federal employment eligibility criteria
• Submission of transcripts and supporting documentation
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing, clinical triage, or primary care nursing preferred
