The Opportunity

HenderCare is actively recruiting skilled Enrolled Nurses in Perth to support healthcare teams across several departments. These roles allow you to nominate your preferred working days, with a minimum availability of one day per week.

With hospital shifts available both north and south of the river, you can build a schedule that suits your lifestyle while contributing to high-quality patient care.

Nursing Departments Available

We currently have opportunities in several clinical areas, including:

  • Mental Health Nursing
  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Medical and Surgical Wards
  • Community Nursing

These positions provide the chance to expand your clinical experience while working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams in dynamic hospital environments.

About You

We are looking for nurses who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering safe, patient-centred care. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will bring both clinical expertise and empathy to every interaction.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to stay calm in challenging situations, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and maintain high professional standards.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (1248 hours equivalent) as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
  • Recent clinical experience in hospitals, aged care facilities, or GP clinics
  • A current National Police Clearance
  • A valid Working With Children Check
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Up-to-date vaccination and serology records

Nurses currently on working holiday or student visas with valid AHPRA registration are encouraged to apply.
