About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse in our residential aged care facility, you will support residents by providing safe, compassionate clinical care while promoting independence and dignity.

Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will play an important role in delivering consistent, high-quality care and supporting the wider care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical care within your scope of nursing practice under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Support shift coordination and provide frontline leadership to care staff
  • Contribute to the development and review of resident care plans
  • Administer medications and manage wound care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families to ensure the best possible care

About You

We are seeking nurses who are dedicated, empathetic, and passionate about supporting older Australians.

Essential Requirements

  • Enrolled Nurse qualification or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience working in aged care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care

Experience working in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) is highly desirable.

You should also have a passion for empowering older Australians to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
