About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Community Registered Nurse (3 days per week) to support clients in and around Eastgardens.

This role offers the ideal balance between professional fulfilment and lifestyle, with Monday to Friday business hours only—no weekend shifts required.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Community Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, individualised care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical nursing care at home, including:
    • Wound care
    • Catheter care and management
    • Medication management
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans
  • Provide clinical advice and support to clients and families
  • Collaborate with Nursing Managers, Allied Health teams, and community networks
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality

About You

We are looking for compassionate and self-motivated nurses who thrive in a community-based environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and insured vehicle
  • Willingness to travel between client locations
  • Experience in community nursing or similar settings

Clinical Skills

  • Knowledge of wound care and chronic disease management
  • Experience with catheter care and changes
  • Ability to develop and manage care plans for complex needs

Personal Attributes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • A patient-focused, compassionate approach
