About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive clinical care to clients across the Central Coast region, supporting individuals in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life within their homes and communities.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients while enjoying professional autonomy, clinical variety, and meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide a wide range of clinical nursing services, including:

  • Medication administration, including IV antibiotic therapy (IVAB)
  • Conducting clinical observations and health assessments
  • Providing basic and complex wound care
  • Catheter management including IDC and SPC care
  • Enteral feeding support
  • PICC line management
  • Insulin administration
  • Providing compassionate palliative care support

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and organisational skills
  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle

Preferred Experience

While not essential, experience in community nursing will be highly regarded.
