Job Description

World Wellness Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join its multicultural healthcare team in Woolloongabba, Queensland. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a supportive clinic environment while delivering high-quality care to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

As a Practice Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and helping ensure the smooth daily operation of the medical clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients, including health assessments, treatments, and support during minor procedures
  • Coordinate clinical workflows to ensure efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations
  • Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives within the clinic
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical and legal standards
  • Work closely with GPs, clinical staff, and wider support teams to deliver holistic, patient-centred care
  • Contribute to the improvement of clinic policies, procedures, and quality practices

Skills and Experience

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • At least two years of experience in general practice or primary healthcare
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural engagement abilities
  • Experience maintaining accurate clinical documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
