Job Description
World Wellness Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join its multicultural healthcare team in Woolloongabba, Queensland. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a supportive clinic environment while delivering high-quality care to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
As a Practice Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and helping ensure the smooth daily operation of the medical clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients, including health assessments, treatments, and support during minor procedures
- Coordinate clinical workflows to ensure efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations
- Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives within the clinic
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical and legal standards
- Work closely with GPs, clinical staff, and wider support teams to deliver holistic, patient-centred care
- Contribute to the improvement of clinic policies, procedures, and quality practices
Skills and Experience
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- At least two years of experience in general practice or primary healthcare
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural engagement abilities
- Experience maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
