Dee Why Medical Center is a growing and busy medical clinic located in the heart of Dee Why, just minutes from the beautiful Dee Why Beach. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred healthcare to the local community in a supportive and welcoming environment.
As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for a proactive nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced general practice environment and wants to contribute to improving patient care and clinic efficiency.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse in our Dee Why medical clinic, you will play an important role in supporting doctors, assisting patients, and maintaining smooth treatment room operations.
You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and professional care during their visit to the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties will include a variety of treatment room and clinical support tasks such as:
- Providing treatment room care including immunisations, injections, and wound management
- Assisting doctors with minor procedures and patient care
- Performing clinical tests such as ECG and spirometry
- Supporting chronic disease management and health assessments
- Providing patient education and health guidance
- Maintaining treatment room standards including infection control and equipment preparation
- Managing clinical supplies and treatment room stock
- Helping improve clinic workflow and patient care processes
- Supporting and guiding junior staff when required
- Performing additional nursing duties as directed by the senior nurse or practice manager

We are seeking a nurse who is confident, organised, and committed to delivering excellent patient care in a busy general practice environment.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
- Strong initiative and a proactive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work independently in a busy clinic setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Current CPR certificate
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in general practice or primary care
- Immunisation certificate
- Experience supporting chronic disease management programs
Position Details
- Employment Type: Casual
- Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week
- Location: Dee Why, NSW
