Willis Knighton Health is seeking RN Staff for our Day Surgery (DS) and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at our North Day Surgery center in Shreveport, Louisiana. About the RN Staff Role
We are looking for skilled and motivated RN Staff to support our continually expanding surgical department. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional nursing care across DS/PACU units
- Cross-training in multiple areas of perioperative and post-anesthesia care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Participating in on-call rotations as needed
- Supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in PACU, ICU, or Step-Down units
- Strong teamwork, motivation, and work ethic
- Commitment to patient-centered care
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 06:30–15:00 (Day Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
