About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (Days), you will be responsible for delivering holistic, evidence-based care while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
This is a hands-on and rewarding role that combines clinical expertise with leadership, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Person-Centred Care
- Assess, plan, and deliver tailored nursing care
- Develop and review individual care plans
- Support residents to maintain independence and daily living skills
Clinical Duties
- Safely administer and monitor medications
- Promote physical and mental wellbeing
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
Leadership & Team Support
- Act as Nurse in Charge during your shift
- Support, guide, and mentor care team members
- Manage challenging behaviours with professionalism and empathy
Promote Dignity and Respect
- Encourage choice, independence, and inclusion
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and colleagues
- Uphold the highest standards of compassionate care
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and making a difference.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Valid NMC PIN
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS
