As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care within a nurse-led environment. This position is ideal for nurses who want to combine clinical expertise with compassionate, relationship-based care.
Working primarily day shifts, you’ll support residents during some of the most important moments of their lives—offering guidance, reassurance, and expert clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Support residents in making informed, life-changing decisions
- Monitor health conditions and respond to clinical needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
- Mentor and support colleagues, students, and junior staff
- Act as a practice supervisor and assessor when required
- Promote safeguarding and identify signs of abuse or neglect
- Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold professional standards in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in health or social care
- Strong understanding of professional nursing standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
