About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (Days), you will provide safe, effective, and person-centred care within both general nursing and dementia care communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ health and social care needs
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
- Deliver direct nursing care in line with NMC guidelines
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to clinical changes
- Supervise and support junior staff and new team members
- Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in training and continuous professional development

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and focus on patient safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, respectful, and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively in a care home setting
