As a Registered Nurse (Nights), you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care while enjoying flexible shifts that work around your lifestyle.
About the Role
Working as part of a dedicated care team, you’ll take responsibility for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care during night shifts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver person-centred nursing care
- Develop and review individualised care plans
- Administer medications safely in line with NMC guidelines
- Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to clinical changes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Support, guide, and mentor care team colleagues
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals
- Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and cared for throughout the night.

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
