About the Registered Nurse Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will work within a nurse-led service that empowers clinical decision-making and professional autonomy. Your expertise will guide the daily care and wellbeing of residents while helping to foster strong relationships with families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the daily clinical care needs of residents
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver appropriate interventions
- Provide independent and collaborative clinical decision-making
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and allied health professionals
- Support, mentor, and guide care staff and team members
- Promote best practices in clinical care and resident wellbeing

Required Qualifications
- Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Experience using clinical management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
Preferred (but Not Essential)
- Experience with InterRAI assessments
- Previous experience in aged care or geriatric nursing
- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead care teams
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including nights and weekends

- Minimum Hours: 32 hours per week
- Roster: Fortnightly schedule including weekends and night shifts
- Salary Range: $37.38 – $53.22 per hour (based on experience)
