About the Role: Registered Nurse (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual)
We currently have 32-hour night shift positions available at our Karori facility in Wellington. We welcome applications for full-time, part-time, or casual roles, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive hospital-level care for adults living with physical or neurological disabilities.
- Participate in residential, respite, transitional, and outpatient rehabilitation programs.
- Support our unique Model of Care, creating enriching activities that enhance the lives of residents while fostering a positive work environment for caregivers.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who demonstrates:
- A NZ practicing certificate with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Compassion, creativity, and resourcefulness in delivering resident-centered care.
