Infinite Aged Care is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses to join our teams in Edge Hill, Caravonica Waters, and Edmonton Gardens Care Homes. We offer morning and afternoon shifts, providing flexibility and a supportive work environment.
New graduate nurses and those new to aged care are encouraged to apply. Our Next Step Nurse Transition Program provides six months of structured support to help you build confidence and grow your career in aged care nursing.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Infinite Aged Care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will support residents’ physical health, emotional wellbeing, and safety while working closely with a multidisciplinary care team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to residents
- Supporting medication management and safe clinical practices
- Collaborating with personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
- Monitoring resident health and wellbeing
- Providing leadership and guidance within the care team
This role offers the autonomy to make clinical decisions while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About You
We’re looking for a caring and motivated nurse who is passionate about supporting older Australians.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA Registration (no restrictions)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic clinical environment
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Experience in aged care is welcome but not required.
