Role Overview: Registered Nurse (Emergency Unit)
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care in the Emergency Department. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering timely, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Expertise
- Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs
- Assess, monitor, and respond to patient conditions efficiently
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Support smooth patient flow within the emergency unit
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Uphold hospital policies and provincial healthcare regulations
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
