Job Description
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. You’ll combine clinical expertise with empathy to ensure each resident receives personalized attention in accordance with physician directives, facility standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in a long-term care setting
- Conduct resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain quality standards
- Ensure daily assignments align with staff skills and training
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
- Maintain compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who brings both clinical skill and genuine compassion to their work.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Indiana nursing license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care nursing (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (standing, lifting, bending)
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
