Your Role as a Registered Nurse

Deliver Personalized Home Health Care

  • Conduct patient assessments, admissions, and care planning
  • Provide skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
  • Support patients through rehabilitation, recovery, and ongoing care

Coordinate & Collaborate

  • Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Communicate effectively to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Update and adjust care plans based on patient progress

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life support when required

Qualifications

Required

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Mexico
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

Preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (ICU, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation)
  • Experience in home health nursing
