Your Role as a Registered Nurse
Deliver Personalized Home Health Care
- Conduct patient assessments, admissions, and care planning
- Provide skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
- Support patients through rehabilitation, recovery, and ongoing care
Coordinate & Collaborate
- Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Update and adjust care plans based on patient progress
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
- Provide compassionate end-of-life support when required
Qualifications
Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Mexico
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (ICU, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation)
- Experience in home health nursing
