Compensation & Benefits

Your Role as a Registered Nurse
Deliver Personalized In-Home Care
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Build strong patient relationships through one-on-one care
- Ensure comfort, dignity, and safety for every patient
Care Planning & Collaboration
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (DOL, CMS, state)
Documentation & Clinical Excellence
- Accurately document patient progress and care updates
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical care and patient safety
Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Preferred
- Experience in home health nursing or similar settings
- Strong communication and patient care skills
