Compensation & Benefits

  • $40–$50 per hour (DOE)

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

Deliver Personalized In-Home Care

  • Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
  • Build strong patient relationships through one-on-one care
  • Ensure comfort, dignity, and safety for every patient

Care Planning & Collaboration

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (DOL, CMS, state)

Documentation & Clinical Excellence

  • Accurately document patient progress and care updates
  • Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed
  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical care and patient safety

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Preferred

  • Experience in home health nursing or similar settings
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
