About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will work in a nurse-led environment where your clinical expertise and decision-making skills are valued. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents and their families with empathy and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
- Support residents in making informed, life-changing decisions
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise, mentor, and support colleagues and student nurses
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards
- Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in health or social care
- Strong understanding of professional standards and clinical practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
