About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at MSWA, you will provide expert clinical care, education, and support to individuals living with neurological conditions such as:

  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Huntington’s Disease
  • Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
  • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
  • Stroke

You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care across a variety of settings.

What Your Nights Will Involve

  • Deliver specialised nursing care, including continence, wound, and palliative care management
  • Visit clients in their homes and supported accommodation sites
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and updates
  • Educate clients, families, and staff on neurological conditions and treatment plans
  • Coordinate referrals and contribute to integrated care approaches
  • Complete NDIS-related documentation and service reporting
  • Support and participate in research initiatives to advance neurological care

About You

You are a dedicated and empathetic nurse who thrives in independent, community-based settings. You bring clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting people living with neurological conditions.

Essential Requirements

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current C Class driver’s licence
  • Working with Children Check
