The Role: Registered Nurse (Casual/Full-Time)

Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Work Setting: On-site at Eden Village
Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week
Roster: Includes weekends and night shifts
Pay Range: $37.38 – $53.22 per hour (based on experience)

As a Registered Nurse in our Registered Nurse environment, you’ll practice at full scope within a supportive, nurse-led model of care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Comprehensive Clinical Care

  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and implement care plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions independently and collaboratively
  • Make informed, autonomous clinical decisions

Coordinate & Lead

  • Oversee daily resident care needs
  • Guide and mentor care staff
  • Support a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Build Meaningful Relationships

  • Develop strong connections with residents and their families
  • Liaise with allied health professionals and community providers
  • Ensure personalised, resident-centred care delivery

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a nurse who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using clinical systems
  • Effective time management and leadership capabilities
  • Flexibility to work rostered shifts

Desirable: InterRAI experience and background in residential aged care or geriatric nursing.
