Your Role as a Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you will act as a clinical leader, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
- Conduct clinical assessments and lead care delivery within the service
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and understand their unique needs
