Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Assist healthcare practitioners during examinations and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians
- Assess patients to determine appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide patient education, supportive counseling, and life skills programs
- Operate and monitor medical equipment safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff when required
- Conduct disease screening and preventive care initiatives
Required Credentials and Certifications
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse in your province/territory
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Intravenous (IV) Therapy Certification
Experience and Specializations
Ideal candidates will have:
- 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Experience in palliative care, pediatrics, or surgery
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments

- Clear background checks: Adult & Child Abuse Registries, Criminal Record, and Vulnerable Sector
- Up-to-date immunization records
