We’re looking for compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our Coverpool team at the Yvette Williams Retirement Village in Christchurch. About the Role

As a Coverpool Registered Nurse, you’ll work a minimum of 32 hours per week, delivering high-quality clinical care and building strong relationships with residents and their families. Your nursing skills, combined with empathy and professionalism, will help shape the well-being and happiness of everyone in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centered care that meets high clinical standards
  • Assess residents, create care plans, and review them regularly
  • Administer treatments and provide ongoing support
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators
  • Use innovative technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman

Shift Details & Compensation:

  • $39 – $51 per hour
  • 40% weekend loading + $10/hour nightshift allowance
  • Flexible Coverpool shifts, with certainty of hours

About You

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
  • Be friendly, reliable, and professional
  • Share knowledge and work collaboratively in a supportive team
  • Demonstrate kindness, compassion, and a passion for high-quality nursing care
  • Have legal work rights in New Zealand
