We are excited to launch a brand-new 10-room GP clinic on Glenferrie Road, Malvern, and we’re looking for an experienced Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role – Practice Nurse
This is a unique opportunity to join a busy, modern GP clinic from the very beginning. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
You’ll initially complete training at one of Bupa’s established medical centres before transitioning into the new Malvern clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a general practice setting
- Assist with patient triage and clinical assessments
- Support GPs and allied health professionals with treatments and procedures
Clinic Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused team environment
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted)
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar practice nurse role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Highly Desirable
- Experience in triage and general practice nursing
Work Schedule
- Full-time role
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
