Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for oncology and hematology patients using the nursing process.
• Perform blood draws, lab work support, and other clinical procedures with precision and empathy.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, results, and self-care strategies.
• Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support collaborative communication among multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, accurate results.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Education: BSN (ACEN or CCNE accredited) with 1+ year of relevant experience or ASN with 1+ year experience.
• License: Current Florida RN License required.
• Certifications: BLS Certification required.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume blood draw clinic or oncology setting.
