About the Role – Nurse Unit Manager (Gatton Health)

The Nurse Unit Manager at Gatton Health is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced Registered Nurse with advanced clinical and management expertise. This position plays a key role in leading nursing teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care in a rural healthcare setting.

You will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, guiding staff performance, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and legislation. The role also requires strong leadership in applying contemporary nursing practices and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will lead both clinical and operational aspects of the unit while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
