About the Role
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare services.
You will work closely with nursing staff, allied health professionals, patients, and families to maintain strong clinical standards while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Essential Requirements
