Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Vitality Nurse to join our Medical Collections Team. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you will travel across the Outer London (Kent SE/SW region), delivering high-quality health assessments and medical data collection services directly to clients in their homes or workplaces.
As a Vitality Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting preventative healthcare by conducting screenings, collecting samples, and promoting overall wellbeing. This position combines clinical expertise with exceptional patient care and communication.
Working Pattern
- 37.5 hours per week across 5 days
- Alternating Saturday rota
- Shift patterns: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Daily travel within your assigned territory is required
- Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client screening appointments at home or workplace locations
- Perform medical assessments, including blood, urine, and saliva sample collection
- Complete medical telephone questionnaires and telemedical interviews
- Deliver health checks and participate in wellness events
- Liaise effectively with clients, underwriters, and internal teams
- Manage and prioritise your daily schedule, appointments, and equipment
- Work collaboratively with concierge and operational teams
- Ensure all procedures comply with company policies and healthcare standards
- Promote health awareness and support clients with professionalism and empathy
- Take full ownership of each case from assessment through to completion
Essential Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration clinical experience
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Tech-savvy with good computer literacy
- A proactive learner with a passion for continuous professional development
