Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Development
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care under the guidance of unit leadership.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Learning & Professional Growth
- Participate in a structured RN residency program designed for skill development.
- Gain hands-on experience in progressive care nursing practices.
- Build confidence through mentorship and real-world clinical exposure.
Qualifications
Education
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Must have a scheduled date to take the NCLEX exam
Licensure & Certification
- BLS certification (required within 2 weeks of hire)
- Must obtain RN licensure upon passing the NCLEX
