• Safely administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians

Care Coordination and Documentation

• Maintain detailed patient health records and medical documentation
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in health status to appropriate staff
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer procedures within the facility
• Ensure strict confidentiality of medical information and patient privacy

Quality and Compliance

• Follow healthcare standards, safety procedures, and internal reporting structures

• Prepare reports for the Texas Department of Health when required

Minimum Qualifications
