About the Role
Arrow Health is seeking a full-time Nurse to join its dedicated team in the Greater Melbourne Area. This is an on-site clinical role where you will play a key part in supporting individuals undergoing addiction recovery and mental health treatment.
Working closely with a team of healthcare professionals, the Nurse will contribute to the development and implementation of personalised recovery plans. The role focuses on delivering safe, professional medical care while supporting the organisation’s mission of helping clients achieve lasting recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor patient health and progress
- Administer medications and ensure safe medication management
- Support and coordinate individual recovery and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with doctors, psychologists, counsellors, and recovery specialists
- Provide compassionate education and guidance to clients and their families
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety regulations, and treatment protocols
- Contribute to a supportive environment that promotes long-term addiction recovery

Qualifications and Skills
Arrow Health is looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse who is passionate about supporting individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges.
Essential Requirements
- Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and health monitoring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients and families
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in addiction recovery programs or the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) sector
- Knowledge of mental health support and relapse prevention strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
