Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
- Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Monitor health conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure care aligns with established healthcare standards and policies
Leadership & Team Support
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff
- Promote a collaborative and respectful team environment
- Support staff in delivering consistent, compassionate care
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Uphold best practices in clinical nursing care and safety standards
