About the Role
As a Nurse at St. John’s United, you will work under the guidance of the Nurse Manager and the Director of Resident Care Services to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility. You will also supervise and support assigned nursing staff, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, individualized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to residents, following best practices and care plans
- Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff
- Monitor and report on resident health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate dedication, professionalism, and empathy. Required qualifications may include:
- Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) in the state of Montana
- Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings preferred
