Your Role as a Nurse

Deliver Quality Patient Care

  • Provide daily care, ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of residents
  • Conduct professional assessments and monitor physical and mental conditions
  • Perform routine nursing procedures in a skilled nursing facility setting

Care Planning & Documentation

  • Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans (including MDS)
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records and reports
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes

Support Residents & Families

  • Offer emotional support and compassionate communication
  • Address concerns, incidents, or changes in resident condition with professionalism
  • Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

Required Credentials

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of safe and effective nursing practices
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, documentation systems)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
