Your Role as a Nurse
Deliver Quality Patient Care
- Provide daily care, ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of residents
- Conduct professional assessments and monitor physical and mental conditions
- Perform routine nursing procedures in a skilled nursing facility setting
Care Planning & Documentation
- Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans (including MDS)
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and reports
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
Support Residents & Families
- Offer emotional support and compassionate communication
- Address concerns, incidents, or changes in resident condition with professionalism
- Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
Required Credentials
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of safe and effective nursing practices
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, documentation systems)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
