About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Neko Health, you will be at the heart of the patient experience. Acting as the first point of contact for members, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced doctors and skilled operators, while also having the autonomy to take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
In your first 6–12 months, your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct clinical examinations and health assessments
- Perform ECGs and interpret results
- Carry out phlebotomy and analyse blood samples
- Measure key health indicators such as grip strength and eye pressure
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality member experience
About You
You are a detail-oriented and compassionate nurse who thrives in a people-focused, technology-driven environment. You bring a proactive mindset, strong clinical skills, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent care.
Essential Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Experience performing and interpreting ECGs
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Positive, service-minded, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in healthcare innovation and new technologies
Preferred Experience
- Experience with point-of-care testing devices
- Background in hospitality or customer-facing roles
